As a Sales Engineer, you will be the "technical voice of the customer". This means understanding specific customer needs, translating them into technical terms, and relaying them back to the product team. Additionally, you will act as the technical guide to on-boarding new customers.
A successful Sales Engineer will be able to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience, is highly organized, and has the ability to think outside the box.
