Technical Support Specialist
Work with a powerhouse team to guide customers from idea to success using the Omnivore API. You'll assist them with creative ways to accomplish their goals, coach them through development with our best practices, and assist them in implementing their software remotely at new restaurants, bars, and venues. Together we're pioneering a new era of restaurant experience and guest engagement.

Preferred Qualifications (greater compensation will be offered)

  • Experience in a technical support position
  • Experience using or administering restaurant/bar point of sale software (Micros 3700, Micros Simphony, NCR Aloha, RDC POSitouch, Agilisys InfoGenesis, Dinerware)
  • Experience with restaurant/bar operations
  • Experience using APIs over the internet
