Customer Experience Manager

The Customer Experience Manager is a core member of the Customer Service team that delivers Omnivore’s solutions to our customers.  They drive delivery to customers through sound project plans and exceed expectations along the way. They also ensure that the problem is articulated in a way that is easy for all to understand.  The ideal candidate will empathize with the customer, communicate in a concise, action-oriented way while having a passion for technology, and build meaningful relationships.

Together, we’re pioneering a new era of restaurant experience and guest engagement such as ghost and virtual kitchen concepts, master menus across multiple locations and concepts, and immediately connecting restaurants with delivery service providers such as UberEats, Door Dash, Postmates, and others!



  • Building a strong working knowledge around the Omnivore services and platform
  • Working with Technical Services to onboard and service customers
  • Collaborating with other Omnivore teams and multiple contacts within the customer's organization
  • Acting as the voice of the customer
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure they are leveraging the solution to achieve full business value
  • Serving as the liaison between the customer, partners, and Omnivore that delivers guidance and results
  • Acting as a strong advocate for being better today than yesterday, but not as good as tomorrow
  • Providing crisp and timely communication
  • Identifying areas that improve the overall experience of the customer
  • Assisting sales with advice and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed
  • Executing play books that guide customers along their journey with Omnivore
  • Performing additional tasks and responsibilities designated by Manager of Customer Experience



  • 2+ years experience managing customers and their projects, or similar technical leadership role
  • Understanding of the restaurant industry
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experience
  • A proven track record for being detail-oriented
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and demonstrated follow-through on deliverables
  • Exceptional critical thinking and logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze and consolidate information from multiple areas
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience



  • Exposure to different technologies used within a restaurant
  • Technical project/program management experience
  • Familiarity with programs such as Salesforce, Google Apps, TaskRay, JIRA
